Netöryggiskeppni Íslenskra ungmenna

Collaborative project with Syndis and the Icelandic Goverment, where we developed, organized and project managed a cyber security challenge called “Nían.” The project aimed to encourage younger generations to improve themselves in the field of cyber security. The goal was to form a national team that would compete in the European Cyber Security Challenge. The main tasks I supervised on this project were brand management, creating visuals (images and videos) for the competition’s website and social media as well as organizing the national cyber security competition itself, which was held at UTmessan in February 2020.

Hafnarfjarðarbær

Planning and management of a SWOT workshop with the town’s customer service center. The aim of the workshop was to map opportunities and improve the service center’s services.
